The Greatest Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies worldwide!

How can baking cookies ever be quick? You normally must have a scale, then carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the dough for ages, cut out little cookies in your heart, moon and star shapes then wait a second century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these circumstances. That is just how I roll. But after that I came across these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)

Ok, they don't taste exactly like the biscuits you receive round Christmas time. Rather they are a bit more gooey and don't crumble at all.

But what largely convinced me was that you can have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is they call for just 2 ingredients! Yep that is right, and anybody can mix two components.

Though in case you want to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gont cover me should you eat them), but I must mention yet another amazing thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I had had the very first I finished the rest within an hour.

They are great for hiking excursions or other occasions where you need a quick energizing snack on the move. Now I keep them as a fast snack in my backpack.

It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the usual cookie supposes. Simply oats and peanuts.

Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies.

Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which in turn can help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

Those nutrients include manganese, good for bone creation and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- important for energy production to allow you to feel more awake

Much like peanuts -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not just cause they have a decent number of good carbs but for being the huge players at the potassium video game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you have a hard day ahead of you.

Because you can see, I am a big fan.

Here's a good example of when I could have done with a few these cookies. Regrettably, I didn't have them with me.

Have you ever been trapped somewhere in character and thought"damn I am in trouble!" ? If yes, where? Just combine bananas and oats and bake them for 15 minutes. Excellent for when you want an energy boost on the move. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really well)

Optional: 13 Must Try Clean Eating Cookie Recipes Amy's Healthy Baking

2 tsp cinnamon

1 small number raisins

1 little handful walnuts, crumbled

1 little handful sesame seeds, toasted

You can add pretty much whatever you like!

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Get a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Insert the cup of yogurt and any of the optional ingredients

Stir until everything is well mixed

Put baking paper on the menu so that the cookies don't stick. If you don't possess that make sure to wash the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To produce the cookie shape just grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photo above. It is super fast and simple.

Recipe Notes

EQUIPMENT: you only require a strong baking tray and a few parchment paper, trendy also.
